Return Period

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The outfit must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at scottdonavan032@gmail.com. Send returns to:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues

Check your order when it arrives. If your outfit is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at scottdonavan032@gmail.com so we can fix it.

Exchanges

To exchange an outfit, return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Outfits must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
